Cardio Workout!

Yesterday's workout was a great change of pace from the norm. Here's the workout:
Grab a bike or head to the gym and find a stationary bike. You are going to do hills, intervals, or HIIT training for 8 miles. I chose the outside route because where I live there are a lot of massive hills. Here's what to do for each:
Hills
Whether outside or inside determine a RPM that works for you and do your best to keep it at or above that number throughout the entire ride.
Intervals
Do 1 minute at a lower RPM (Revolutuons per minute) and then 1 at a higher RPM. Determine that number for yourself is the best method. Challenge yourself but still make it accomplishable.
HIIT
20 seconds slow 10 seconds all out. This will be the hardest one without a doubt.
