Treadmill - 100 calories

Barbell bench press

4x10-3 | Tempo - 1:0:2:0 | Rest 90 seconds

Incline dumbbell bench press

4x12-7 | Tempo - 1:0:2:0 | Rest 60 seconds

Smith V bar press

4x12-7 | Tempo - 1:0:2:0 | Reset 45 seconds

Cable flies

4x25 | Rest 45 seconds

Seated chest press

4x12-15 | Tempo - 1:0:2:0 | Rest 45 seconds

*Move the seat up as high as it will go. We are trying to hit the lower pec.
