Warm Up

Walk - 10 minutes

Foam Roll - 10 minutes

Leg press calf extension

4x25

Tempo - 1:1:3:0

Barbell squat

4x5-2

Tempo - 1.1.3.0

Narrow leg press

*Feet together and heels on the bottom of the platform. Come down until there is a 90 degree angle in your knees.

4x12-7 dropset x10

Tempo - 1.0.3.0

Dumbbell lunge/straight leg deadlift

3x12-15

Tempo (for SLDLs) - 1.1.5.1

Hack squat/Leg curl

3x12-15

Tempo - 1.1.3.0
