In all my years of experience in working with people I have found that the most common reason why people hate going to the gym is that they do not know what to do, what workouts are most effective, how many sets and reps to do, etc. I want to provide this for you so that all you need to do is put in the work! 

 I post all the workouts I personally do that have helped me achieve a physique I love and that not only looks good but is functional and feels good as well! I will upload my workouts 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) by 5:00 a.m. CDT with all sets, reps, and cardio included. Click the button below to find all the free workouts.

Hey! My name is Josh Daugherty and I am the creator of Poiema Health & Fitness. I am based out of the Kansas City area and I absolutely love it!
